Cummins Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team as a full-time Intake Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer the CANS/ANSA assessments and interpret the results to identify each consumer's specific needs.
- Formulate individualized recommendations for each consumer and complete all necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy or related program.
- Must be license eligible or licensed in the state of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Competitive salaries with a minimum starting salary of $57,500-60,000 for LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT licensed therapists.
