Team Overview:

The Tax Services teams at Moss Adams deliver exceptional tax solutions to a diverse range of clients, including middle-market businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary engagement manager with financial responsibilities for billing, realization, and collections.
  • Utilize available technology and resources efficiently to enhance technical application in projects.
  • Establish suitable tax objectives, scope, and methodology, while actively engaging in decision-making with clients.
  • Assess skills and cultivate Managers, Seniors, and Staff in client engagement management and technical proficiency.
  • Implement a business development strategy that includes networking, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing client relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline is mandatory; a Master's degree in Taxation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in a public accounting environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with technology, communications, and/or life sciences is beneficial.
  • CPA or Bar License is required.
  • At least 4 years of supervisory and training experience is necessary.
  • Expertise in various tax areas, with demonstrated market-facing abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
