About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Voya Financial. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting fundamental research, developing insight into future fixed income/credit performance, and issuing well-supported, accurate recommendations to the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce recommendations for the team using established processes and seek out new ways to identify investment opportunities.
  • Function well within the team and communicate ideas thoroughly.
  • Gather and assemble information to analyze companies using both subjective and quantitative tools.
  • Utilize both internal and external research sources, including expertise in accounting and financial statement analysis.
  • Daily monitoring and review of research news flow.
  • Maintain and enhance network of relationships with brokers, analysts, and other portfolio managers in the industry.
  • Participate in skill development programs, both internal and external.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years financial or investment research experience.
  • MS Word, Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet.
  • Investment software applications.
  • High degree of motivation and initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to work well in a team environment.
Compensation

Voya Financial is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed.

In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$160,570 - $200,710 USD
