Job Title: Caregiver for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time or part-time Caregiver to join our team in Redwood Falls, MN. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Help individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist individuals with meal preparation and nutrition planning
  • Support individuals in developing and achieving their goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and activities

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
