Job Summary:
Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, including assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the Intensive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- NIHSS certification.
- Cerner Charting experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
Benefits:
