Parts Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Advisor to join our team at Herson's Honda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when purchasing parts for their vehicles.

• Assist customers in selecting the required parts for their vehicles in a friendly and professional manner.
• Inform customers of part requirements and specials, ensuring they receive the best possible deal.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information to customers.
• Pull and fill orders from stock, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Notify the manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders if necessary.
• Notify all necessary parties when special-ordered parts have been received.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenish assigned inventory daily.
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

• Parts experience is preferred but not required.
