Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings, including intensive care and critical care units.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic, diagnostic, and patient teaching services to patients with respiratory disorders
  • Operate and maintain ventilators and other technical equipment
  • Assess patient respiratory status and develop plans to improve lung function
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Respiratory Care Degree from a Regionally Accredited, CoARC certified RT program
  • One year of experience in an Intensive Care or Critical Care Unit
  • Licensure as a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner by the State of WA and active CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
