Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant - Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, maintaining clean living conditions, and ensuring all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care, including bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning
- Maintain clean living conditions for residents
- Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or part of a group
