Job Responsibilities

As an LPN with IntelyCare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities
  • Monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions and tracking their vital signs
  • Performing resident intakes, documenting medical histories, and tracking health concerns
  • Helping with medication administration and verification, tracking use and effects
  • Cultivating a comfortable and safe facility for residents
  • Tracking medical records and charts
  • Assisting with IV set-ups, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintaining medical supplies and inventory
  • Following and adhering to resident care plans
  • Working with staff to orient and train new colleagues
Qualifications and Skills

To be eligible for this LPN position, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and skills:

  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma (or GED/equivalent)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
