Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Build strong relationships with customers by maintaining a positive and welcoming cafe environment
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Cafe Operations
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including cleaning dishes and equipment
    • Ensure that all food and beverage products are handled and stored in accordance with Fooda's standards of service and sanitation

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior food service and cashier experience preferred

    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system
