About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team at Surv Birmingham. As a General Laborer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of small jobs for homeowners in your local community and surrounding areas.

Your daily routine will involve tackling a range of tasks, from physical labor to interacting with customers and team members. You will be responsible for following work orders accurately, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with customers in a friendly and reliable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete work orders and tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to overcome challenges
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Load and unload tools and equipment from work vehicles
  • Log hours and track expenses in a timely manner
  • Provide personal transportation to and from worksites
  • Arrive on time for every job

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Growth mindset

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Vehicle for transportation
  • Smartphone

Working Hours:

  • Part-time, year-round
  • Flexible schedule, Monday-Saturday
  • Maintain 20 hours of availability

Compensation and Perks:

  • $15-18/hour
  • Paid travel time
