Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive speech and language services to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in residents and patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Provide speech and language therapy services to residents and patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document resident and patient progress and outcomes
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered
- Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
