About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction, and leading a team of stylists to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve exceptional results
  • Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve technical skills and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other salon owners to share best practices and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
