- Manage the MDS (Minimum Data Set) process, including assessments, data entry, and submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

- Valid California LVN license.
- Prior experience as an MDS Coordinator or in a comparable role within a skilled nursing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI processes, and CMS guidelines.
