Compensation: $14.00/Hr.

Basic Purpose: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest accommodations to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assigned a specific number of rooms to service during each shift. Duties include removing soiled linens and towels, replacing them with fresh items, and thoroughly cleaning all areas of the guest room (including bedroom, living area, dining area, and bathroom) in accordance with established protocols. Tasks also include making beds, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning marble and tile surfaces. Responsible for removing room service trays, dishes, and carts to designated areas.
  • Restocking used guest amenities such as shampoos, lotions, cotton products, stationery, and writing instruments.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards of conduct.
  • Collaborate effectively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Perform additional housekeeping tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is not mandatory.
  • Up to one month of relevant experience or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to remain in a standing position for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
  • Capability to execute assigned tasks with precision, efficiency, and minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to exert effort consistent with cleaning tasks as per hotel standards.
  • Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, and lift or push heavy items weighing up to 30 lbs.
