Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and efficient food and beverage delivery.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring that every guest receives prompt and attentive service.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining environment is preferred.
  • Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English.
