Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Analyst to lead a team of functional and development team members for one of our customer's Maximo developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and experience working with the IBM Maximo Asset Management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements for various projects.
- Perform functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.
- Research and identify resources required for task execution and completion.
- Participate in the development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.
- Identify and recommend emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems.
- Write and update project documentation, including system procedures and training materials.
- Conduct functional testing of various systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Education: College Degree or equivalent job experience.
- Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of IBM Maximo and automation scripting.
- Location: GDIT Office.
- US Citizenship is Required.
- Travel is required, no more than 25%.
