Job Description

At i360technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and support, to ensure the product is ready for release.
  • Perform quality assurance activities, including functional and regression testing, to identify and report defects.
  • Develop and maintain test data, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Notify customers and support teams when changes are ready for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Conduct and document UAT to ensure the product meets the acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and test results documents.
  • Submit test plans and test results to customers and support teams for approval.
  • Perform production rehearsal testing prior to production releases.
Requirements
  • At least three years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
  • Advanced Level Test Analyst or Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst ISTQB certification can substitute for this experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or under general direction.
  • Experience with software development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of testing tools, including manual and automated testing tools.
  • Associate's degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be able to clear a federal background investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
