Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized sales experiences to customers, educating them on wireless products and services.
  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on the value we bring to all customers.
  • Conduct calls to customers seeking more information about our products and services.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation, as this role requires working in multiple locations.
  • Frequent standing and ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
