**Qualifications and Skills:**

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a detailing or maintenance environment.

• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
