Job Summary

The Home and Community Based Services Aide is a professional who provides support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.


Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our patients, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Care of hair, teeth, and nails
  • Skin care and peri-care
  • Transfer of patients from bed to chair and wheelchair

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • At least six months of experience in home care
  • Successful completion of a competency evaluation
  • Current CPR certification
