Proporciona atención integral a los pacientes bajo la supervisión y orientación de los médicos de NRHS en las Operaciones de Clínica. Realiza evaluación, diagnóstico y tratamiento para la gestión médica de los pacientes. Responsable de desarrollar relaciones profesionales positivas con médicos, colegas y profesionales de la salud. Evalúa al paciente y obtiene información pertinente para el diagnóstico y tratamiento del problema médico. Revisa los registros médicos del paciente, entrevista y obtiene información relevante sobre la historia médica, antecedentes familiares, evaluación física y clínica, datos de laboratorio y radiológicos. Realiza el examen adecuado del paciente y evalúa correctamente las enfermedades/condiciones actuales o crónicas. Administra el diagnóstico, educa al paciente y a los miembros de la familia según sea apropiado, ordena tratamientos y pruebas adicionales según sea necesario, gestiona el uso de medicamentos y proporciona continuidad de atención durante las fases agudas y crónicas de la enfermedad. Demuestra competencia en el conocimiento de enfermedades y problemas médicos asociados. Documenta adecuadamente en el EMR y completa todos los formularios y correspondencia necesarios para el cuidado adecuado del paciente de manera oportuna. Documenta todos los encuentros con el paciente (en persona y por teléfono) en el EMR de manera oportuna. Documenta la educación del paciente y la familia, proporcionando según las pautas de medición de calidad. (por ejemplo, transmisión electrónica a través del portal del paciente, utilización de fuentes educativas vinculadas al EMR.) Sigue las políticas y procedimientos organizacionales respecto a medicamentos de muestra y de stock. Completa los cargos al final del día y bloquea las notas dentro de una semana. Apoya y promueve activamente la misión compartida del Sistema de Salud de Norman Regional para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos. En el curso de proporcionar una atención excelente al paciente, ordena rutinariamente pruebas y referencias teniendo en cuenta las iniciativas estratégicas de NRHS. Educación

Título de maestría de un programa de enfermería para practicantes.

Experiencia

Se prefiere experiencia en consultorios médicos. Conocimiento de Servicios de Reumatología es una ventaja.

Enfoque/Especialidad

Familiar/Individual a lo largo de la vida; APRN-CNP; preferiblemente Adulto-Gerontológico.

Licencia/Certificación

Licencia actual de Enfermera Practicante Avanzada de Oklahoma. Certificación de especialidad preferida.

Compensación/Beneficios

$48.20-$78.73/hora dependiendo de la experiencia laboral previa.
