Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers on Sherwin-Williams products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a high level of store appearance and product availability.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the success of the store and the company.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
