Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing the physician's prescribed care plan
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Timely and compliant documentation of care provided
  • Promoting health and educating family members
  • Accepting and documenting verbal orders from physicians as required
  • Following up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff regarding client issues and changes in condition
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned
  • Assisting patients with transportation to and from school
Qualifications
  • Must possess and maintain an active, unencumbered nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from recognized organizations
  • Recent TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
  • Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Fingerprinting may be necessary
