About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Interventional Radiology Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph Medical Center, part of CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our interventional radiology department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures, utilizing advanced knowledge and skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address complex health issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, active RN license.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in interventional radiology or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Advanced certification in interventional radiology nursing or a related specialty (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
