About the Role:

PAGNY is a leading multi-disciplinary group in the country, dedicated to nurturing and empowering healthcare providers who care for vulnerable patients in New York City. As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be part of a team that uplifts the spirits and dignity of patients, providing quality care with sensitivity to diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outpatient services to high-risk patients, including short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from Covid-19.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address potential heart damage, lung injuries, blood clots, and mental health conditions linked to Covid-19.
* Work in a community setting, requiring cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
* Active, unrestricted NYS License.
* Active DEA Waiver.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

What We Offer:

* Competitive annual base salary: $236,900* (board eligible); $247,200* (board certified).
* Additional compensation for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
* 401(k) contribution: 3% immediately vested, 7% after one year of service.

The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits. Actual total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections.
