About the Role

Lot Management is seeking a skilled Porter Assistant to join our team. As a Porter Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
  • Remove debris and clean up spills
  • Inspect public areas for cleanliness and report any issues

Requirements:

  • Janitorial experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying
