Job Title: Janitor

Overview: Support production and operational teams by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-touch cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all shared spaces: break rooms, restrooms, locker areas, etc.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the facility, both interior and exterior.
  • Conduct lawn maintenance activities.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Assist in achieving production objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated safety and attendance record.
  • Exhibit a positive and proactive work attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Experience operating forklifts.
  • Familiarity with lawn care equipment.
