HTST 2 Pasteurizer Operator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HTST 2 Pasteurizer Operator. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating the pasteurizer machine and ensuring the quality of our yogurt and ice cream products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the pasteurizer machine and monitor gauges, sensors, and timers in the control room
  • Pour in sugars and stabilizers, mix products, clean, and perform routine maintenance
  • Use a forklift to bring ingredients into the room and perform CIP duties
  • Set up tanks and hook up equipment as needed
  • Fulfill all necessary paperwork and complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Punctual and quick learner with keen attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as a team member, with a strong focus on compliance and quality
  • Passion for quality, safety, and doing things right the first time
  • Ability to work in hot and loud conditions and adapt to changing production needs
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
