Assembly Technician

The Assembler position performs as an active team member and is responsible for the installation of truck bodies and supporting the production and assembly of various components.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble or install various truck body and/or walk-in van parts
- Perform mechanical tasks using hand, air, and power tools
- Ensure high-quality work and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and implement Lean Principles
- Assist in the implementation of 5S advancements and maintain a safe working environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 12 months manufacturing experience, preferably in an Automotive, RV, or Boat industry
- Valid driver's license
- Good attendance and ability to work well with others
- Ability to use ladders, enter and exit trucks, and lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to read and understand work orders, directions, charts, forms, and safety regulations
- Ability to correctly use and read various gauges
