Cerner Architect

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Cerner and Earth EHR systems.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to staff, ensuring effective system implementation and optimization.
• Formulate and define system scope and requirements using analysis of information in the development of information systems.
• Design architecture to include software, hardware, and communications to support total requirements and provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
• Ensure systems are compatible and in compliance with agency IT architectures and profiles of standards.
• Provide detailed specifications to developers and technical expertise in evaluating new software/system modifications.
• Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action.

• 5+ years of experience in relevant programs.
• Strong work knowledge of applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
