Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in a dynamic inpatient care setting. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading operations, ensuring compliance with legal and accreditation requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations and ensure smooth workflow in the inpatient pharmacy
• Verify orders and distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners
• Provide consultations with patients, nurses, and physicians to ensure optimal patient care
• Conduct pharmacokinetic evaluations and ensure adherence to organizational standards

Requirements:

• PharmD or a bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Current Iowa pharmacist license
• Minimum 1+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience
