CMM Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team at Teijin Automotive Technologies in Seguin, TX.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily CMM programming, quality assurance projects, and working with the plant to ensure IATF standards and company policies are met.

• Collaborate with all levels of management, employees, and customers to achieve quality goals.
• Read and utilize blueprints and CAD data, possessing basic math skills and experience working with Mini-Tab and PC-DEMIS.
• Operate the CMM machine and conduct daily checks to ensure accuracy.
• Establish and maintain calibration of measuring devices, including hand tools, ring gages, and holding fixtures, in accordance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate SPC data collection for dimensional measurements of parts.
• Assist quality technicians as needed and support various lab functions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Periodic reporting of calibrations due, past due, and results.
• On-time gage calibration.
• Daily maintenance of lab equipment and reporting of periodic lab test results.
• Maintain certification of the lab.
• Laboratory support of new product trials and submissions.
• Perform audits as required.

• High school diploma or GED, one to three years of related formal training, and/or one to three years of related work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, e-mail) and familiarity with Microsoft Access and other database-related software.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
