About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Sales and Member Engagement Lead. This role is responsible for driving sales and member engagement strategies to achieve business results and improve the member experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and member engagement strategies to drive business results and improve the member experience.

  • Lead the sales and service team to achieve sales revenue goals and provide a best-in-class member-centric experience.

  • Cultivate team members' skills through continuous assessment, feedback, and coaching, and implement ongoing training to ensure exceptional service in a member-centric environment.

  • Manage overall performance, engagement, and personnel matters for the sales and service team members.

  • Partner with the General Manager to drive business results and achieve department targets, including new member sales and fitness revenue, retail, and member retention.

  • Develop business plans and review weekly sales numbers and club statistics to identify potential revenue gaps and modify team execution strategy as necessary.

Requirements

  • Prior management experience in the service sales industry leading 4-10 employees is preferred.

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

  • Fitness industry experience is preferred.
