We are seeking a skilled Physician Primary Care Specialist to join our team at Family Health Center of Marshfield. As a primary care physician, you will provide direct preventive and primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health maintenance, acute care, and chronic disease management.
- Relate to culturally diverse patients and communities, promoting a patient-centered approach.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Medical Specialties (AOBMS).
- Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency and currently Board certified or Board eligible in your specialty.
- Current and unrestricted applicable Wisconsin MD/DO license.
- One to three years' experience in Family Practice.
- Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC), Community Health Clinic (CHC), or Rural Health Clinic (RHC).
