Per Diem Clinical Practitioner Opportunity

Concentra is seeking a skilled Per Diem Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a valued member of our patient care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, develop, and implement care plans in accordance with state laws and Concentra medical protocols.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, observe and evaluate patient condition, and record reactions to drugs and treatments.
  • Evaluate patient outcomes, perform physical examinations, and provide preventive health measures.
  • Direct nursing care, prescribe or recommend treatments, and arrange referrals and consultations.
  • Perform urine drug screens, draw blood, and maintain medical records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Current licensed clinician in Pennsylvania.
  • DEA registration in Pennsylvania, CMS registration, and DOT/FMCSA certification.
  • At least two years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting.
