About the Role

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a PCA, you will deliver essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients. Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing medication reminders and monitoring patient safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with ambulation and mobility
  • Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
  • Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required
  • Monitor and record patient temperature
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
  • Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
  • Current CPR certification

Salary Estimate: Based on the location and industry standards, the estimated salary for this role is around $30000-$40000 per year, depending on experience.
