About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Therapeutic Associates. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.

Job Description
  • Evaluate patients' physical and functional status to determine their capabilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Document all evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care contacts according to facility policies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in current therapy treatments, goals, and contraindications for treatment.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks, and other issues within the scope of practice.
  • Manage own caseload effectively to maximize the effectiveness of overall care plans.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency-specific policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
  • Current State Physical Therapist License.
  • Current CPR certification.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $40.00 per hour, with opportunities for cash incentives based on experience and fit. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including interactive wellness programs, professional liability insurance, and a 401(k) and profit-sharing program.
