Bowling Attendant

At Main Event Entertainment, we're looking for a high-energy, helpful, and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Bowl Attendant. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests, serving as their information source for all activities and specials, and ensuring their experience is FUN and memorable.

• Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcome and engage with all guests, promoting a FUN and welcoming atmosphere
• Process payment transactions and welcome guests back
• Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes
• Complete side duties as needed

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
