Work Schedule: Full-Time Days

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work as determined upon hiring.

Your Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), under the supervision of the Practice Manager/Director, delivers nursing care to patients and supports patient education initiatives. You will assist providers during patient examinations and treatments, administer procedures as directed, and manage patient call triage, including prescription refills in line with established protocols. Proficiency in navigating the electronic health record (EMR) system is essential for documenting patient vitals and other relevant information. Exceptional customer service skills are crucial in all facets of this role.
