Physiotherapist for Inpatient Rehabilitation

About Us: ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Elwood-St. Joseph, LLC is a dynamic and thriving healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Description: As a Physical Therapist at our hospital, you will provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.
Responsibilities:
- Examine patient's medical history, evaluate their physical abilities, determine their potential to respond to therapy, and develop treatment plans
- Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care
- Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans in accordance with Hospital requirements and established guidelines
- C Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to support staff
- Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff
Requirements:
- Two years direct patient physical therapy care and treatment experience preferred
- Experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
- Demonstrates appropriate application of age specific standards, policies and procedures and guidelines in caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
