Transform Lives as an Inpatient/Acute Care Speech-Language Pathologist

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients with complex conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, head and neck cancer, and progressive neurological disorders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients to facilitate their return home or to the next level of care
  • Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with hospital staff, including physicians, case managers, nurses, and social workers

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • State licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
