About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver - Naya to join our team at Watermark Retirement Communities. As a Naya, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to live their best lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as dementia care, wound care, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting.
  • Able to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.
  • Diligent in paperwork and documentation.
  • Excellent work ethic, assessment skills, and ability to learn and grow.
