Job Summary:
Dynamic Access LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Vascular Access Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Vascular Access RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a non-conventional healthcare environment, providing specialized vascular access services to hospitals and nursing homes in the Seattle area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Insertion of PICCs (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters), midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound and ECG confirmation techniques.
- Management and care of PICCs and other vascular access devices, ensuring their proper functioning and maintenance.
- Providing a wide range of vascular access services, including port access, line removal, declotting PICCs, and other related procedures.
- Education of nursing staff regarding best practices and techniques for PICCs, midlines, and various other CVADs (Central Venous Access Devices).
Requirements:
- Current and Good Standing Registered Nurse license.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in acute care, preferably with PICC placements using ultrasound.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
