About the Role

Frisbie Memorial Hospital is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As a RN Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in our Geropsychiatric Unit, providing care to geriatric patients through our unique program that offers therapeutic interventions.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team model, providing psychiatric assessment and referral services, assisting in patient care with our outpatient partial hospitalization program, and providing inpatient evaluations, medical evaluations, individual, family, and group therapy, and outpatient treatment options at time of discharge.

Care for voluntary and involuntary patients, and work in a dynamic team who cares for each other like family.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric assessment and referral services (PARS)
  • Assist in patient care with our outpatient partial hospitalization program (PHP)
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team model
  • Provide inpatient evaluations, medical evaluations
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy as well as outpatient treatment options at time of discharge
  • Care for voluntary and involuntary patients
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree preferred.
  • RN License in the State of NH or valid Compact State
  • BLS (American Heart Association BLS Provider or Red Cross BLS)
