We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at KMG Prestige in Stockbridge, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair, as well as experience with appliance repair and basic residential repairs. The successful candidate will be able to safely use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment, and will be available for emergency on-call situations.
As a Maintenance Technician with KMG Prestige, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of our properties, including service requests, apartment turns, and emergency repairs. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents receive superior customer service and timely service requests.
