Job Title: Youth and Family Social Worker

SAFY of America is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth and Family Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Intensive Home-Based Therapy (IHBT) Program, you will play a vital role in providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and families in need.

Job Summary:

The Youth and Family Social Worker will be responsible for providing a range of clinical services, including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy. You will work closely with families to develop and implement treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and families in their homes or community-based settings.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each family.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as schools and human services agencies, to provide comprehensive support to families.
  • Document all clinical services and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field preferred.
  • LSW or LPC required; LISW or LPCC preferred.
  • Two years of experience in mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families.
