Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, utilizing clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing plans of care, ensuring effective communication and education for patients and families.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive care, managing both emotional and physical patient needs.
  • Assess patient and family level of understanding, providing education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and consult with others as needed.
