Como Support Care Specialist, serás responsable de:
- Brindar atención directa y apoyo a individuos con discapacidades, asegurando su seguridad y bienestar.
- Asistir en tareas de cuidado personal, incluyendo higiene, vestimenta y administración de medicamentos, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos.
- Apoyar en actividades diarias como la preparación de comidas y el transporte, promoviendo la independencia de los individuos.
- Desarrollar e implementar planes de atención individualizados en colaboración con el equipo interdisciplinario.
- Fomentar un ambiente positivo e inclusivo, promoviendo la socialización y la participación en actividades recreativas.
- Documentar y mantener registros precisos del progreso individual y cualquier cambio en el estado de salud.
- Colaborar con familias y otros profesionales para asegurar una comunicación efectiva.
- Asistir a sesiones de capacitación y reuniones de equipo para mejorar las habilidades en la atención de calidad.
- Adherirse a todas las regulaciones y políticas aplicables, incluyendo las pautas de salud y seguridad.
Calificaciones:
- Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; certificaciones adicionales en un campo relacionado son un plus.
- Experiencia previa trabajando con individuos con discapacidades o en un rol de cuidado similar es preferida.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
