Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers during your shifts to ensure their needs are met.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
  • Keep games and counters clean and visually appealing for our guests.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
  • Handle phone calls for general inquiries.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Enforce alcohol and age restrictions according to company policies.
  • Manage lost and found procedures in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Continuously seek improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness in departmental processes.
  • Adhere to and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma and at least one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail setting.

Work Environment:
  • This position is based in a bowling center/arcade environment, characterized by high noise levels, dust, and activity.
  • Employees can expect a loud noise level during their shifts.

Physical Requirements:
  • Employees must be able to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and maintain a high level of mobility and flexibility in confined spaces.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods without breaks is necessary during busy times.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
